INGREDIENTS
Ingredients
- 2 cups of rice cakes
- 1 cup of fish cakes (thinly sliced)
- 3 tablespoons of Korean spicy sauce
- 1 cup of kimchi (finely chopped)
- 200g of pork (thinly sliced)
Seasonings
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
STEPS

Add water, Korean spicy sauce, soy sauce, and sugar to a pot and bring to a boil.

Once the sauce is boiling, add rice cakes and fish cakes and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

Stir-fry pork in a pan until cooked, then add kimchi and stir-fry further.

Serve the tteokbokki and stir-fried pork kimchi together on a plate.
