INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Protein
- 🐟 35g canned tuna in oil
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
STEPS
Remove seeds and pith from bell peppers and slice into 5mm strips. Mince the garlic.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant.
Add tuna to the pan and sauté briefly. Add reserved pasta water and bring to a boil. Add spaghetti, salt, and bell peppers, then stir-fry over medium heat.
