- 🐟 35g canned tuna in oil

- 40g mentaiko
Condiments
- 🧴 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp concentrated mentsuyu

STEPS
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the roe.
Mix canned tuna, mentaiko, and condiments (mayonnaise and mentsuyu) in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain well.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl and toss with the sauce.
Plate the pasta and garnish with chopped green onion and shredded nori.
