INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Condiments
- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
- 2 tsp concentrated noodle sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Protein
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 100g mizuna (cut into 3cm pieces)
Toppings
- 1g shredded nori
STEPS
Remove the pit from the umeboshi and chop finely. Cut the mizuna into 3cm pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
In a bowl, mix the umeboshi, noodle sauce, pepper, and water. Add the mizuna, tuna, and cooked spaghetti, then toss to combine.
Serve the pasta on a plate and garnish with shredded nori.
