INGREDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups of soaked rice
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) of oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 1 piece of sliced ginger
- 1 pack of pea shoots
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp of yuzu pepper
- 70cc of ponzu sauce
Liquids
- 💧 Water as needed
STEPS
Slice the ginger into thin strips. Cut off the roots of the pea shoots and chop them into 4 equal lengths.
In the rice cooker, mix ponzu sauce and yuzu pepper thoroughly. Add the soaked rice and water up to the 2-cup mark. Stir and level the surface, then add the tuna and ginger evenly on top. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, add the pea shoots and mix well.
