INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 Canned tuna 1 can (around 80g)
- 🍄 Shimeji mushrooms 100g (separated into small clusters)
- 🍝 Pasta 200g
Seasonings
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic 1 clove (minced)
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
STEPS
Boil the pasta following the instructions on the package.
Add olive oil and minced garlic to a pan and sauté over medium heat until aromatic.
Add shimeji mushrooms and sauté until softened.
Add canned tuna and gently break it apart while sautéing.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well with the ingredients and sauce.
Season with salt and black pepper and serve on a plate.
