INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade tuna
- 1 bunch watercress
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS

Slice the tuna into thin pieces about 1cm thick. Cut the watercress into thirds. Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water for 10 minutes, then drain.
