INGREDIENTS
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🐟 100g canned tuna
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Rice Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥬 3 leaves lettuce
- 1 handful seaweed
- 🥚 1 egg
STEPS
Mix seasoning ingredients (gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup) in a pan.
Heat the mixture on low heat and add canned tuna. Stir in sesame oil.
In a bowl, layer cooked rice, shredded lettuce, and seaweed.
Top the seaweed with the prepared seasoning mixture and finish with a fried egg.
Serve and enjoy!
