INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🧅 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🍚 1 serving cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- A pinch of seaweed flakes
- A drizzle of sesame oil
STEPS
Add the canned tuna to a pan.
Add the chopped onion to the pan.
Pour in the soy sauce.
Add the minced garlic.
Add the sugar.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds.
Cook over medium heat until the mixture is dry and well combined.
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and remove from heat.
Place cooked rice in a bowl and top with the tuna mixture.
Fry an egg and place it on top of the tuna mixture.
Sprinkle seaweed flakes over the dish.
