INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 10cm (300g) nagaimo, peeled and grated
Canned Goods
- 1 can (70g) tuna, drained
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Herbs
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧀 2 tbsp shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu sauce
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
STEPS
Peel and grate the nagaimo. Chop the green onion into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the grated nagaimo, drained tuna (reserve 1 tbsp for topping), and egg.
Add the pizza cheese, mentsuyu sauce, and salt and pepper to the mixture and stir well.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof container and bake in a toaster oven for 10–15 minutes, checking occasionally.
Top with butter, reserved tuna, and chopped green onion before serving.
