INGREDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups rice
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, diced
Condiments
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tsp consomme powder
- 💧 Water, as needed
STEPS
Dice the onion and carrot. Drain the oil from the tuna can.
Place the washed and drained rice into the rice cooker. Add the seasonings and fill with water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well.
Add the diced onion, carrot, tuna, and garlic to the rice cooker. Cook as usual.
Once cooked, fluff the rice and mix in the butter until melted and evenly distributed. Serve on plates and garnish with parsley.
