INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🌱 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking Liquids
- 50ml reserved pasta water
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion and mince the garlic.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions. Reserve 50ml of pasta water and drain the rest.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and sauté until softened.
Add the tuna to the pan and stir-fry. Then add the reserved pasta water, soy sauce, and chicken stock powder, bringing it to a boil.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
