INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1 cup of aged kimchi (finely chopped)
- 🐟 1 canned tuna (150g)
- 🧊 150g of tofu (cubed)
Seasoning
- 🌶 1 tablespoon of red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 🧄 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
Broth
- 💧 4 cups of water
- 1 bag of anchovy broth
STEPS
First, prepare the broth by boiling water with the anchovy broth bag for 10 minutes in a pot.
In another pot, sauté the canned tuna, aged kimchi, red chili powder and minced garlic on medium-low heat.
Pour in the prepared broth, season with soy sauce, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the cubed tofu and briefly simmer to finish.
