INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 2 tbsp pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Tuna Mayo
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
STEPS
Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, and soy sauce in a bowl.
Add the cooked rice to the tuna mayo mixture and gently mix to combine. Divide into 4 portions.
Place one portion of the tuna mayo rice on a piece of plastic wrap, flatten it slightly, add 1/4 of the pizza cheese, and shape into a rice ball. Repeat for all portions.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Cook the rice balls for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
