INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), julienned
- 2 shiso leaves, julienned
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g), drained
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Julienne the potatoes and soak them in water to remove excess starch. Drain thoroughly. Julienne the shiso leaves.
In a bowl, mix the julienned potatoes, drained tuna, dashi powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Spread the potato mixture evenly in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve on a plate and garnish with shiso leaves.
