INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 canned tuna
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, chopped
- 🌽 2/3 cup corn kernels
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked white rice
- 2-3 tbsp pancake flour
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
STEPS
Chop the carrot, onion, and green onions finely. Optionally, add chopped chili for spice.
In a bowl, combine chopped vegetables, corn kernels, drained tuna, eggs, and seasonings (garlic, anchovy sauce, sugar, salt). Mix well.
Add 2-3 tbsp pancake flour and mix again. Avoid adding too much flour to preserve the natural taste of ingredients.
Add 1 bowl of cooked white rice and mix thoroughly.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spoon the mixture into small pancake shapes.
Pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the tuna rice pancakes warm.
