INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 small canned tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
Seasoning
- 💧 100ml water
- 1 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 1 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Finely chop the onion and slice the green and red chilies.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna and heat it in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped green onions to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Mix the seasoning ingredients: water, doenjang, gochujang, red chili powder, sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Add the mixture to the pan.
Add the tuna and sliced chilies to the pan and mix well.
Cook until the mixture thickens to a paste-like consistency.
