INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 150g tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 7 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1.5 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Heat 1 tbsp grape seed oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic.
Add chopped onion and stir-fry until translucent.
Add tuna, cooking wine, black pepper, and sugar. Stir-fry until ingredients are well combined and slightly reduced.
Turn off the heat and mix in gochujang, plum extract, and corn syrup. Turn the heat back on low and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds. Stir well and serve.
