INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍖 1 pound breakfast sausage
Dairy
- 🥚 8 large eggs
- 🥛 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 🧀 8 slices pepper Jack cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Bread
- 🍞 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian rolls
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 9x13-inch rimmed baking sheet with foil. Press sausage out to form a rectangle slightly larger than the Hawaiian rolls.
Bake sausage in the oven for 10 minutes.
Prepare a second 9x13-inch baking dish with heavy cooking spray. Crack eggs into the pan, breaking yolks slightly. Drizzle cream over eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Bake eggs on a second rack in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until set. Broil sausage on high to brown the top for an additional 3 minutes.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and spread 1 tablespoon Cowboy Butter on the bottom half. Place the sausage patty on the rolls.
Transfer baked eggs onto the sausage and trim any excess. Top with green onions, cheese slices, and the top halves of the rolls. Spread remaining Cowboy Butter across the roll tops.
Bake assembled sliders until tops are lightly browned and butter is melted, about 5 minutes. Cut into 12 servings and serve immediately.
