INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) warm rice
Fish
- 🐟 100g salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
Condiments
- 1 pickled plum, mashed
- 🧂 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
Toppings
- 1 tbsp shredded seaweed
STEPS
Dice the avocado into 1cm cubes. Remove the seed from the pickled plum and mash it into a paste using a knife.
Cut the salmon into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the mashed pickled plum, soy sauce, and wasabi. Add the salmon and avocado, then mix well.
Serve warm rice in a bowl, top with the mixed ingredients, and sprinkle shredded seaweed on top.
