INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 100g fresh okara
- 50g ground chicken
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🥕 4cm carrot, julienned
- đź§… 1/4 onion, julienned
- 2 shiso leaves
- 100cc water
Seasonings
- 2 umeboshi, mashed into paste
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
STEPS
Julienne the carrot, onion, and shiso leaves.
Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly and mash the umeboshi into a paste.
Mix the seasonings (ume paste, miso, soy sauce, sugar) in a microwave-safe container and add the ground chicken.
Add the onion, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, okara, and water to the container. Mix lightly, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Stir the mixture, cover again with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for another 5 minutes. Serve and garnish with shiso leaves.
