STEPS
Heat oil in a pan, crack the eggs, and stir-fry until they are scrambled.
Add a little more oil to the same pan and sauté the carrot and onion.
Add the cooked rice to the pan, mixing well as you stir-fry.
Return the scrambled eggs and lettuce to the pan, mix quickly, and you're done.
