INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 bunches of mizuna
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 1 pack of red cabbage sprouts
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Carrot Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut mizuna to match the length of the sushi mat. Slice the avocado into thirds after scooping out the flesh. Julienne the carrot.
Place the julienned carrot in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Mix with the carrot seasoning ingredients.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Heat a frying pan with sesame oil and pour in the eggs to make a thin omelet.
On a sushi mat, layer the thin omelet, lettuce, mizuna, seasoned carrot, red cabbage sprouts, and avocado. Roll tightly and cut into desired widths. Drizzle sweet chili sauce on top.
