INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 150g glass noodles
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 red onion
- đź§… 1/2 white onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes.
Thinly slice all the vegetables.
Boil the soaked noodles for about 1 minute.
Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water.
Heat a wok or deep pan with a small amount of cooking oil and stir-fry the onions first.
Add the bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry them until slightly softened.
Remove the stir-fried vegetables from the pan and set them aside.
In the same pan, add the seasonings (soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds) and simmer over low heat.
Add the boiled noodles to the pan and stir-fry until they absorb the sauce.
Turn off the heat and mix in the stir-fried vegetables. Serve immediately.
