  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 1 medium onion, finely chopped
    • 🧄 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    • 🥕 1 cup carrots, grated
    • 🥦 1 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces
    • 1 cup celery, chopped
    • 1 cup green or red bell peppers, finely chopped
