INGREDIENTS
Seaweed
- 15g dried wakame
Fish
- 10g bonito flakes
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seeds
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry dried wakame for about 2 minutes.

Add the seasoning mixture (mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and bonito flakes, then stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the moisture evaporates.
