INGREDIENTS

- 🌿 2 tbsp dried wakame
Meat
- 🍗 2 chicken breasts
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Condiments
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🌾 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water according to the package instructions, then drain well.
Remove the tendons from the chicken breasts, place them in a microwave-safe container, and add sake and salt. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes until cooked through. Let cool.
Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts.
Shred the chicken by hand into a bowl, then add the rehydrated wakame, ponzu sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well. Add the kaiware sprouts and toss gently.
