INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Vegetables
- 10g julienned ginger
- 1g dried wakame
- 🌽 20g frozen corn
Liquid
- đź’§ Water as needed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
STEPS
Julienne the ginger. Rehydrate the dried wakame in water, drain, and chop finely.
In the rice cooker, add the soaked rice, seasonings (sake, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder), and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and level the rice.
Spread the ginger, wakame, and frozen corn evenly on top of the rice. Cook using the regular rice setting.
