INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Seaweed
- 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
Vegetables
- 50g bean sprouts
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Soak dried wakame in water to rehydrate, then drain. In a bowl, beat the egg and mix with the cooked rice.
Roughly chop the bean sprouts.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bean sprouts and wakame, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the egg-rice mixture to the pan and stir-fry until the rice becomes fluffy and separates. Add chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry briefly.
Turn off the heat and drizzle soy sauce around the edge of the pan. Mix well before serving.
