INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 400g cooked white rice
Main Ingredients
- 2 packs natto
- 3 tbsp dried shirasu
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 100ml water
Topping
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
STEPS
Rehydrate the dried wakame in a bowl with plenty of water according to package instructions. Drain and chop finely.
In a pot, combine the wakame and seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water). Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat until the liquid reduces.
Mix the cooked wakame mixture with natto and dried shirasu in a bowl.
Serve cooked white rice in bowls, leaving a space in the center. Add the wakame-natto mixture and top with onsen eggs.
