INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 150g wakasagi (11 pieces)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Breading
- All-purpose flour as needed
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🍞 20g breadcrumbs
Cooking Oil
- Vegetable oil as needed
Garnish
- 🍋 1 lemon, cut into wedges
STEPS
Mix white sesame seeds and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Season the wakasagi with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Coat the wakasagi in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with the sesame-breadcrumb mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C and fry the wakasagi for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
Serve on a plate and garnish with lemon wedges.
