INGREDIENTS
Basic Ingredients
- 💧 4 cups of water
- 🥩 200g beef brisket
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🍐 1/2 pear
- 1 small slice of ginger (sliced)
Seasonings
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 🧂 1 teaspoon of salt
- 🍬 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
STEPS
Pour water into a large pot and add beef, onion, and ginger. Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes to prepare the broth.
Strain the boiled broth through a sieve and let it cool to a clear state.
Grate the pear and mix it with the prepared broth. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar to taste.
Refrigerate the completed broth for at least 2 hours until cold.
