INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 150g chicken cartilage (Yagen)
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
- 🍋 1 slice of lemon
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
STEPS
Combine the chicken cartilage with sake, soy sauce, and yuzu pepper in a bowl. Massage well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
Add all-purpose flour and potato starch to the cartilage and mix until evenly coated.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 170°C (about 2 cm deep). Fry the coated cartilage for 2–3 minutes, flipping occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown.
Serve on a plate and garnish with a slice of lemon.
