INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g pork loin shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, sliced thinly
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Slice the bell peppers into thin strips after removing the seeds and stems. Julienne the carrot.
Heat a thin layer of salad oil on a hot plate at medium temperature.
Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for 1 minute, then push them to the side. Add the carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute, then push them to the side. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 1 minute, then push them to the side.
Place the pork slices in the empty space on the hot plate and cook until both sides change color.
