INGREDIENTS
Main Dish
- 🍜 Yakisoba noodles, 2 servings
Vegetables
- Cabbage, 1/4 piece (thinly sliced)
- 🥕 Carrot, 1/3 piece (thinly sliced)
Meat
- 🐖 Sliced pork belly, 100g (thinly sliced)
Seasoning
- Yakisoba sauce, 3 tablespoons
- Salad oil, 1 tablespoon
STEPS
Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Stir-fry the pork belly slices.
Add cabbage and carrot. Stir-fry until the vegetables soften.
Add yakisoba noodles and a small amount of salad oil (extra portion). Stir-fry while loosening the noodles.
Add yakisoba sauce and combine evenly to finish.
