INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 150g yam, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 20 frozen edamame beans, shelled
Seafood
- 2 tbsp shirasu (whitebait)
Seasonings
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/3 tsp wasabi
STEPS
Defrost the frozen edamame beans as per package instructions and remove them from their pods. Cut the yam into bite-sized pieces.
Place the yam in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
Mash the yam roughly, then mix in the seasonings (salt, pepper, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and wasabi). Add the edamame and shirasu, and mix well.
