INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 60g cake flour
- 20g almond powder
- 1g baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 75g unsalted butter
- 🍬 60g sugar
- 🥚 80g eggs
- 20-30g yuzu jam
STEPS
Soften 75g of butter at room temperature and grease the baking pan with butter.
Mix 75g of butter with 30g of sugar, then add the remaining 30g of sugar and mix well.
Sift 60g of cake flour, then add 20g almond powder and 1g baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
Gradually add 80g of beaten eggs in 7-8 portions, mixing well each time.
Add 20g of yuzu jam and mix well. For a sweeter taste, use 30g of yuzu jam.
Pour the batter into the greased baking pan, filling it to 85%. Tap the pan gently to remove air bubbles.
Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes. Check frequently as baking times may vary by oven. Sprinkle powdered sugar for garnish.
