INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredient
- 150g boiled zenmai
Seasoning

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 🌰 to taste white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the boiled zenmai into bite-sized pieces, place in a pot with water, bring to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients together.
Add the zenmai to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve on a plate.
