INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥓 50g block bacon
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini (80g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 300cc milk
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 200cc water
STEPS
Cut zucchini into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 1cm pieces. Dice onion into 1cm cubes.
Dice block bacon into 1cm cubes.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat, then add zucchini, onion, and bacon. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until coated with oil. Sprinkle flour and stir until no powdery texture remains. Add seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil while stirring. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Gradually add milk, stirring each time. Add corn and heat over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
