INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced into thin strips
Seafood
- 1 piece pollock roe, skin removed
Pasta
- 🍝 100g pasta
Oil
- Adequate amount of olive oil
Seasoning
- A pinch of seaweed flakes
STEPS
Slice the zucchini into 0.5cm thick strips.
Cut the pollock roe in half and use the back of a knife to remove the skin.
Boil the pasta for 8 minutes and reserve one ladle of pasta water.
Heat olive oil generously in a pan and sauté the zucchini.
Add the boiled pasta to the pan and stir-fry with the zucchini. Add the pollock roe and reserved pasta water, then mix well.
Plate the pasta and garnish with seaweed flakes.
