INGREDIENTS
Meat and Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion (chopped)
- 250g pork (diced)
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
Broth and Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 💧 4 cups water
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
STEPS
Add the diced pork to a pot and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and stir until the ingredients are well combined.
Add water, gochujang, and soy sauce, and wait until it begins to boil.
Add the zucchini and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Season with salt, turn off the heat, and serve immediately.
