- 🥒 1 zucchini (200g), sliced

- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce

STEPS
Trim both ends of the zucchini. Cut it into three equal horizontal sections, then halve each section lengthwise. Slice each half into three wedges.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the zucchini and cook, turning occasionally, until evenly browned.
Add salted kombu and soy sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until evenly coated.
