- 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms

- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Slice the king oyster mushroom and enoki mushrooms into manageable sizes.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add butter, and sauté the king oyster and enoki mushrooms until softened. Then add the bell peppers and stir-fry briefly.

Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Stir-fry quickly and transfer to a serving plate.
