Noodles
- 2 bundles somen noodles (100g)
Meat
- 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Oil & Garnish
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds, to taste
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Chili powder, to taste
步驟
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion and shiitake mushrooms. Julienne the bell pepper and carrot.
In a bowl, mix the beef, vegetables, and seasoning ingredients. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain. Place noodles in serving bowls.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated mixture and stir-fry until the beef changes color. Serve over the noodles and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
