- 10 spring roll wrappers

- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 200g potatoes
Condiments
- 100g kimchi
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cheese
- 🧀 60g pizza cheese
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil for chicken
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
Binding
- 1 tbsp flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Mash with a fork and mix with salt and pepper.
Place chicken thigh skin-side down and cut into small pieces. Mix chicken with sake, sugar, soy sauce, and garlic paste in a bowl. Massage well and let sit for 10 minutes.
Chop kimchi into small pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan and cook the chicken over medium heat for 5 minutes until the color changes.
Mix mashed potatoes, cooked chicken, chopped kimchi, and pizza cheese in the microwave container. Let cool.
Place 1/10 of the filling on a spring roll wrapper and fold. Seal the edges with a flour-water mixture. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 170°C. Fry the spring rolls, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
