Vegetables
- 2 bok choy
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Seafood
- 🦐 1 cup cocktail shrimp
Oils and Fats
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauces and Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1/3 tsp cornstarch
步驟
Trim the base of the bok choy and separate the leaves.
Defrost the cocktail shrimp if frozen.
Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water, and cornstarch to create the sauce.
Slice the green onion finely.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic and green onion for 2–3 minutes.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Add the bok choy to the pan and stir-fry until wilted.
Pour the sauce into the pan and mix well.
Drizzle sesame oil and transfer to a serving dish.
