Trim the root of enoki mushrooms, cut them in half lengthwise, and separate them. Cut vermicelli noodles into shorter lengths using kitchen scissors.

Add all seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) into a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add enoki mushrooms, vermicelli noodles, and wakame. Stir and cover the pot, simmering over low heat for 2–3 minutes until the vermicelli softens. Drizzle sesame oil.

Serve in a bowl and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
