Protein
- 4 slices ham
- 1 piece mentaiko
Carbohydrate
- 40g macaroni
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥦 1/3 head broccoli
Dressing
- 2 tbsp unsweetened soy milk
- 30g cream cheese
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步驟
Cut the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Chop the broccoli into small florets.
Dice the ham into 1cm squares. Slice the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Boil water in a frying pan, add 1 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Add broccoli in the last 3 minutes and shimeji mushrooms in the last 2 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (soy milk, cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper) with the mentaiko. Add the ham and boiled ingredients, then mix well.
