Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (100g) hanpen
- 1/2 bunch mitsuba
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
Liquid
- 💧 300ml water
步驟

Trim the roots of mitsuba and cut into 3cm pieces.

Cut the hanpen into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, add water and dashi powder, and heat over medium heat. Add the hanpen and simmer for about 2 minutes.

Dissolve the miso into the soup and bring it to a gentle simmer.

Add the mitsuba and stir briefly before serving.
