Vegetables
- 300g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
Protein
- 200g fried tofu
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
步驟
Cut the komatsuna into bite-sized pieces. Slice the fried tofu into manageable pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the fried tofu and cook for about 3 minutes until both sides are golden brown. Add the komatsuna and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until softened.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and grated ginger) and stir-fry until well combined.
